3. SMS/Text Messaging

When you configure SMS alerts through our platform:

• Phone numbers are used solely to deliver alert notifications that you have configured
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
• SMS alerts are sent only for system monitoring events you have explicitly enabled
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
• You may disable SMS alerts at any time through the Alert Settings in your dashboard
• Message frequency varies based on your alert configuration and system events
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS alerts

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS)
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
• Device monitoring data is retained for 30 days by default and then automatically purged
• Access to the platform is protected by JWT-based authentication
• Alert credentials (email passwords, Twilio tokens, Slack webhooks) are stored server-side and never exposed to client applications

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use third-party services to deliver alerts (e.g., Twilio for SMS, AWS SES for email). These providers receive only the minimum information necessary to deliver the alert.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

You have the right to:
